HOTEL BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• The rates offered by the hotels listed below are only available to delegates or participants for the WUF 2020. 
• Rooms are booked on a first come first serve basis.
• To guarantee a hotel reservation, pre-payment by credit card or bank transfer is required to cover your entire stay.
• Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 12:00 PM. To guarantee rooms for early check-in, rooms need to be booked one night prior to arrival. For check-out later than 12:00PM, there will be a charge corresponding to 50% of the room rate until 5:00PM.
• The room rates mentioned include daily buffet breakfast, internet connection, applicable municipality fees and taxes.
• All room incidentals/extra charges will be charged to the participant and must be settled directly with the hotel. A credit card guarantee might be required by the hotel upon check-in for these incidentals/extra charges.
• Room booking is subject to 100% cancelation fee.
• No shows will be subject 100% charge on the entire stay.

Please note that changes on your reservation are not available online and any change require is subjected to the hotel availability and has to be directed to wuf10@mci-group.com.
